Steven Barshov (Sive, Paget  Riesel) specializes in land use, local government and environmental law.
Tom West (The West Firm) represented Anschutz Exploration Co in its suit against the Town of Dryden. He was also co-council representing Cooperstown Holstein Co. in a suit against the Town of Middlefield.
Helen Slottje (Comminity Environmental Defense Council) is an attorney in Ithaca who has researched case law and has developing legal strategies for fracking bans.
