Who the hell is going to POLICE whether that horizontal drill bore or the hydraulic fracturing penetrate that “wedge of property from the center of the earth to the heavens above”?
I wonder how Ms. Radow’s opinion might change if she were the owner of several hundred acres of shale gas acreage?
