Thanks Kim. The list itself is maintained by Jenny Lisak. It’s an amazing feat she’s accomplished. She keeps adding new names. Right now, there are 825 families on this list, but I made sure not to put that number in the video, because it is sure to grow.
Great job, Bill! There are likely hundreds more in the hills and hollers of Appalachia who should already appear on this list. And there are likely to be thousands more in the years to come as the full effect of unregulated release of toxins continues under the protection of the 2005 Energy Policy Act.

I wonder….just how many had to die or be harmed before we took up arms against the British in 1776? Just how many had to be harmed or killed in France by the invading Nazis before they started the French Resistance? How much death does it take to cause a people to rise to fight for their survival?

some of “the Harmed” have been convicted of fraud- and others have now been taped- with clean water. what is more sick- is that the oil industry- while not perfect- is also a draw for lawsuits and fraud.
I’d also like you to state the payouts to ‘the harmed” and see what your viewers think of the several-million dollar checks ‘the harmed” cashed. fair is fair.. if you received $ you should not be on “the list”
Yeah, I do. I interviewed these people 8 miles from my house. Looking it up on YouTube “Bad Vibes – Marcellus Shale Reality Tour Part 10 – Fracking” They’ve been getting nosebleeds and sinus infections since this facility was built.
give me the addy I’m going to get all the data from all the rigs and all the action for the last 20 years and recon your story-

At least 38 people on the list are not receiving any checks…. Because they are DEAD. Google this: “Fracking is a Golden Opportunity… to die for?”

HERE’S A FACT: In Washington County PA there are 400 families who have been receiving replacement FROM THE GAS INDUSTRY for over 2 years. There are likely more, as we cannot get accurate info due to non-disclosure agreements.
These are not people looking for money. These are people looking to REMAIN LIVING.

My friend whos father died from the effects of the Zettaflow getting in their well, and she and her mother and sister have rashes and lesions from it . It killed their dog and other wild life around the area. Tell them they are liars. I have documented animals that have died less than 15 foot from the spill because the drank from it. I am sick of the propaganda put out by the industry. They toss some money and the people eat it up. They are killing Avella, and the supervisors let happen.
Don’t look up the last 20 years just the last 8. It has been ruled by the court that it is libel to claim that industry is using the same style of hydraulic fracturing for the last 60 years as they have been doing to try and sell the safety. Fracking has been around only since 1996 and the type they use now, was started in Western Pennsylvania in around 2004. Please research before spreading the propaganda of the industry.
I know a lot. I live 1/2 mile from the well that exploded here in Avella. I have been researching since the first well went in in Hickory Pa. and the fire happened in West Middletown causing contamination of the wells, and Cross Creek Lake and park.
aba607, you are correct. Ron Gulla’s well was horizontal Marcellus #2, in 2005. So 2004 for the first is reasonable. PS: Things really didn’t get under way in a big way in Washington County until about 2 years later, 2007. Definitely not 60 years!
(PS: May not be libel exactly. Basically, it’s not true. One of the Big Lies repeated by the gas industry and their boosters).
